My favourite meat and the most sustainable bone broth. Since the end of the last season, I’ve spent time connecting with local venison stalkers and now have amazing contacts and a good supply of bones. All of the venison bones this season will be supplied by local venison stalkers who are looking to conserve our natural habitat.

Wild venison is incredible. Completely untouched, no vaccines, no antibiotics and no abattoir stress. Just a happy wild animal, which has been able to roam freely over the Sussex countryside.

The broth has been designed for everyone but is also suitable for those on the #carnivore and low #FODMAP diet. Simple ingredients that speak for themselves. It’s just wild venison bones, spring water and organic Apple cider vinegar vinegar.
