The venison bones in this broth come from completely wild deer, free to roam across the countryside as nature intended. The sources are fully traceable ensuring top quality bones to make a super nourishing bone broth using spring water from a well less than 5 miles from the kitchen and organic apple cider vinegar.

Without the use of herbs and vegetables, this broth is completely suitable for those on a low FODMAP or carnivore diet.

The broth is bottled up into glass bottles which can be reused time and time again.

The kitchen is predominately run on solar power, rainwater is put through a reverse osmosis system for washing up and the discarded bones are made into 'Bonechar' which is put back onto the land to help with carbon sequestering and soil health.

Instructions: enjoy warmed up on the hob straight from the bottle and season to taste or ditch shop bought ultra processed stock cubes and use bone broth as a base for recipes. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening.

The broth will typically have a 3-4 week shelf-life.

faq

How does your bone broth support both people and planet health?

The bones we use are typically a waste product, transformed into something deeply nourishing helping ensure every part of the animal is valued and used.

Once simmered, the remaining bones are turned into 'Bonechar', which supports soil health and helps with carbon sequestration, contributing to a more regenerative system.

Behind the scenes, our kitchen is powered predominantly by solar energy, and rainwater filtered through a reverse osmosis system and used for washing up, reducing our environmental impact at every step.

Why is your broth set like jelly when cold?

That’s a good sign! The jelly-like texture comes from natural collagen released during slow cooking. When heated, it turns back into a rich, silky liquid.

What are the benefits of beef bone broth?

Beef bone broth is rich in collagen, amino acids, and minerals that support gut health, joint function, skin, and overall wellbeing. It’s a natural, nutrient-dense way to nourish your body.

How should I use bone broth?

You can sip it on its own as a warm, nourishing drink, or use it as a base for soups, stews and sauces (ditch shop bought stock cubes!) to add depth of flavour and extra nutrition.

Are your broths suitable for a Low FODMAP or Carnivore diet?

Yes! Our wild venison bone broth has been specifically developed with this in mind. It contains only bones, water, and a small amount of apple cider vinegar, making it suitable for both Low FODMAP and Carnivore lifestyles while still delivering deep flavour and nourishment.

How long does your bone broth last?

The broth typically comes with a 3-4 week shelf-life. Once opened, it’s best enjoyed within 3 days. Always store it chilled and follow the label guidance.

Do you add anything artificial to your broth?

Never! Our broth is made using only natural ingredients. We never use preservatives, additives, or artificial flavourings, just slow simmered bones, water, and time.
