Wild venison bone broth is coming back

Wild venison bone broth is coming back

It’s nearing that time of year again when my favourite meat comes back in stock plus I’m planning to re-launch the Wild Venison Bone Broth next month. I’ve got a good network of local stalkers including some who are specifically stalking for wildlife management in connection with the High Weald and Sussex Grazed.

Wild venison is picking up a lot of publicity and rightly so. I’m not sure a better meat exists in the UK. Completley wild, untouched by humans, zero vaccines and antibiotics, lean and incredibly delicious. The broth it makes tastes slightly ‘gamier’, as you would expect, compared to beef. I love it and those who had it at the beginning of the year raved about it also.

The Wild Venison Bone Broth has been designed to be suitable for those on a carnivore and Low FODMAP diet due to its simple ingredients: wild venison bones, spring water and organic apple cider vinegar. That’s it. The broth speaks for itself.

I’m taking pre-orders for the first batch next month. Please email steph@weareasthi.co.uk if you would like to be added to the waitlist and I will let you know when it is available online to order.
