Rich, savoury, and packed with flavour, this bone broth-glazed steak is the ultimate comfort meal!
Ingredients:
• 250ml of Asthi Beef Bone Broth
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Arrowroot powder to thicken (optional)
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Season steaks with salt & pepper, then sear in hot pan with oil for 2mins per side.
2. Remove steaks to rest, add garlic to the same pan, then pour in bone broth. Simmer until reduced.
3. Optional: Thicken glaze with a little arrowroot powder.
4. Plate, drizzle with glaze, and enjoy!
