This is the proper way to make gravy! Ditch shop bought gravy granules that are highly processed and laiden with salt for a silky, smooth and rich in flavour gravy. Perfect for your Sunday roasts and Christmas dinner.
Ingredients:
500ml Asthi Beef Bone Broth
Herbs, garlic and onion to taste
2tsp of Arrowroot powder
Method:
1. Add bone broth, herbs, garlic and onion to a saucepan and gently bring it to a simmer.
2. Add 2tsp of Arrowroot powder to thicken. You can add more if needed.
3. Add the juices from your roast dinner.
4. Slowly simmer for 20mins or until thick and delicious.
